Refund policy

At Tell A Tayl, we hope every piece feels like something you’ll keep reaching for. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help 🤍

RETURNS

Returns can be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

If you wish to return your product, mail us at contact@tellatayl.com with the subject "RETURN - your ORDER NUMBER".

Once approved, reverse pickup and applicable shipping/handling charges will be deducted from the final refund or store credit amount.

For approved returns, you can choose between:

* 50% refund to your original payment method + 50% Tell A Tayl store credit  
OR  
* 110% Tell A Tayl store credit  

Store credits do not expire and can be used on any future Tell A Tayl purchase within 6 months.

EXCHANGES

We offer size exchanges only within 3 days of delivery for the same product, subject to size availability.

If you wish to exchange your product, mail us at contact@tellatayl.com with the subject "EXCHANGE - your ORDER NUMBER".

Once approved, our team will arrange the reverse pickup from our end. Applicable reverse shipping charges may apply.

After the returned piece reaches us and passes inspection, your replacement piece will be shipped out by our team.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return or exchange, pieces must be:

* unworn and unwashed  
* returned with original tags and packaging  
* in the same condition they were received in  

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

VIDEO REQUIREMENT

For all returns and exchanges, the following are mandatory:

* an unboxing video recorded while opening the parcel  
* a packaging video recorded while repacking the item before dispatch  

These videos must clearly show:
* the garment  
* tags attached  
* original packaging  
* the final sealed parcel  

Unfortunately, we will not be able to process returns or exchanges without both videos.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us immediately at contact@tellatayl.com with:

* clear photos/videos of the issue in the product
* the outer courier pouch  
* original packaging  
* your unboxing video  
* your order number  

Our team will review the issue and make things right as quickly as possible.

PLEASE NOTE

* Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and processed.  
* Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been delivered in case of return & exchange.
* Discount codes cannot be combined. If one code is applied, additional codes will not be valid for the same order.  
* Store credits and gift cards cannot be converted into cash.  
* Sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  
* Tell A Tayl reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
