DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN INDIA)
We currently offer complimentary standard shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
If you require express shipping, please reach out to us at contact@tellatayl.com before placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate it based on availability and delivery location. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
PLEASE NOTE
* We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
* We do not offer same-day delivery at the moment.
* Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier operations.
* Prioritizing urgent orders is handled on a case-by-case basis and cannot always be guaranteed.
* While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, Tell A Tayl is not liable for courier-related delays once an order has been dispatched.
DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we strongly recommend refusing the package and contacting us immediately at contact@tellatayl.com
Please note that once a damaged parcel has been accepted, we may unfortunately be unable to process claims with our courier partners.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your parcel, please contact us within 24 hours at contact@tellatayl.com.
Unfortunately, after this timeframe, we may be unable to raise the issue with our courier partners.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.
International orders are typically delivered within 1–3 weeks depending on the destination country and customs processing timelines.
Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size.
PLEASE NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
* Customs duties, taxes, or additional import charges may apply once the parcel reaches your destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
* Customs clearance timelines vary by country and are beyond our control.
* We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.
* In the rare case of a damaged or incorrect international order, store credit may be issued after reviewing the issue.
* If a customer refuses to pay customs duties or taxes and the parcel is returned, Tell A Tayl will not be responsible for refunding shipping or handling charges.
