What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, Google Pay, major cards, NetBanking and supported wallets. Payments are securely processed through Razorpay.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Partial COD is available on eligible orders. Pay ₹300 upfront and the rest on delivery. The ₹300 COD processing charge is non-refundable.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. All payments are securely processed through Razorpay.
Do you offer a first-order discount?
Yes! Use TAYL10 for 10% off your first Tayl.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as you can. Once your order is processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you charge for shipping?
No. Standard shipping across India is complimentary.
When will my order arrive?
In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 12 hours and delivered within 7–10 working days.
How can I track my order?
We'll send you tracking details once your Tayl is dispatched. You can also use Track Your Order on our website.
Need your Tayl by a certain date?
Contact us and we'll see if faster delivery to your location can be arranged.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. Eligible returns can be requested within 48 hours, and size exchanges within 3 days of delivery. See our policy for full details.
What do I receive for a return?
Eligible returns are issued as Tell a Tayl store credit. We don't offer refunds to the original payment method.
Received something damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order details and a few clear photos, and we'll sort it out.

How do I find my size?

Are your pieces true to size?
Generally, yes but fit varies by silhouette. Check the Size & Fit notes on each product page.

Where are your pieces made?
Every Tell a Tayl piece is made in India.
Will sold-out pieces come back?
Usually, no. Each Tayl is made in limited numbers , because the pieces that become part of your stories shouldn't be the ones everyone wore.
How should I care for my Tayl?
We generally recommend dry cleaning. Always check the individual care instructions for your piece.
